C VAP stands for Community Value Addition Project. We are here to make a difference by adding value to the lives of our communities. We achieve this by investing all our profit in the welfare of people facing barriers within the community.

C VAP is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to equip the people with skills to make a living by providing training and education, and helping them find employment. Find out more about our ongoing projects here.

C VAP CIC is led by experienced professionals, community leaders and educators. We are proud that all our board members are deeply committed and serve the cause on a Pro Bono basis.

Despite the pressures of the pandemic, the project now has a significant team working towards its overarching aim of opening up access to vulnerable adults and others who face barriers.

Sharing best practice is the core of growth and development and, while our students learn, we are continually researching new techniques and testing new technologies to help keep them up to date with the latest innovations in the industry.

The vision for C-VAP is to ADD VALUE to the COMMUNITY – not just in the short term but in the long term too. It is not enough to simply patch up an issue or paper over cracks. Our mission is to continually deliver high-quality education and provide our students with access to the job market.
